About my handmade products TOP

All of my flowers are made with a polymer clay which is a waterproof, durable material. For many of the flowers, I apply a special coating to the underside of the flower for additional strength so they are sure to last. Multi-colored flowers are hand blended with clay mixtures. I do not use paint. Many colors are custom blends and so colors can also be created to match.

I provide a variety of styles and components to choose from. If you do not see it listed, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly work with you to customize an item.

Please read my below Store Policies prior to purchase. If you place an order you are acknowledging that you agree to my Terms of Service.

Methods of payment TOP

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. You may order using your credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout.

Packaging TOP

Your item is placed in a ribbon-wrapped white gift box with a label card and mailed in a secure mailer box. If purchasing multiple items, during checkout you will be asked if you would like separate gift boxes for each item. If you choose "no", items will be boxed together. To minimize paper use, print receipts are only included upon request. Most of my packaging material is made with recycled paper.

Shipping TOP

Packages ship within 3 business days. Large orders may need additional time. Overnight delivery is not available.

Domestic: Standard shipping is USPS 1st Class mail or choose USPS Priority (2-3 business days in transit). Does not include production time.

International: The customer is responsible for customs or duties taxes on the order. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail (no tracking available). Please allow 3-4 weeks shipping time plus my production time depending on your location. You may also choose International Priority (6-10 business days in transit) which includes tracking information.

Insurance TOP

The option to add Domestic Insurance is available during checkout.

Gift Wrap TOP

Gift wrap is available at checkout for an additional $3.50. You may also note a Stranded Treasures gift wrap message to your recipient in the "Gift Messages or Special Requests" box.

Sales Tax TOP

A 7% sales tax will be charged to Florida residents which includes the estimated discretionary tax for your county.

Returns / Exchanges TOP

Since many of my items are made for your order, I ask that you please read descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact me within 14 days of sale date to arrange for an exchange (sorry, no refunds). After 14 days, all sales are considered final. Your merchandise must be received back to me within 21 days of sale date. Exhanges will not be accepted without prior notification and a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

All sales on custom orders are final.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition.

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged during return shipping back to me.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanged items will incur new shipping costs to buyer.

Once exchanged item is returned, buyer will receive an email with a merchandise credit number to use toward my shop.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Please save original packaging and materials and return within 14 days of sale date.

I cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Domestic insurance is available during checkout.

Due to varying computer monitors, I cannot guarantee the color you are viewing is an exact match to the item. If you need to ensure a color match, I offer a color sample card for purchase. You may also mail a color swatch to me. If you decide to forego these options, I cannot be held responsible for a non-match.

I cannot provide single piece replacements for paired items (ie: earrings) since each pair is made to match each other.

Each item is unique, therefore no two flowers will be exactly alike. I make every effort to form and size them to match.

Custom Orders TOP

All sales on custom orders are final.

I welcome custom orders. I strongly recommend that you mail a color swatch to me or order color samples. If you forego these options and choose to email a photo instead, due to varying computer monitors, I cannot be held responsible for a non-match. Pre-payment is required through a reserved listing and once received, your order will go into production. Prior to purchase, I will inform you of the estimated production and shipping time.

I will work diligently with you to ensure your custom order is to your satisfaction. I provide great communication with asking and answering questions regarding details and will email photos of your order in progress.

Wholesale Inquires TOP

Please contact me and include your store name, location. I wholesale to Brick & Mortar shops only and do not wholesale to other online shops. $200 minimum for initial order. Please inquire for detailed terms and conditions.
